- Deployed with iRedMail Easy or the downloadable installer? downloadable and upgraded via upgrade steps until 1.6.1

- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySQL

After upgrading Ubuntu from 18.04 to 20.04 outlook logins fail, but roundcube logins with the same username & password are ok.
