• IMPORTANT NOTE: Please upgrade iRedMail to the latest iRedMail-1.6.1 BEFORE upgrading iRedAdmin-Pro.

How to download the latest iRedAdmin-Pro

If you deployed iRedMail server with the iRedMail Easy platform, there's a upgrade available for your server, upgrading the server will get you the latest iRedAdmin-Pro.

If you deployed iRedMail with the standalone iRedMail installer, you can get download link of this new release by following steps below:

• Login to iRedAdmin-Pro as global admin

• Click "License" on the top-right corner, it will show you basic license info and a "Download" button if new version is available for upgrading.

If above steps don't work for you, please send an email to support @ iredmail.org to get download link of the latest release.

Below are detailed changes since iRedAdmin-Pro-SQL-5.1:

Improvements

• RESTful API:
  

  • Able to reset passwords of all users under same domain.

• Ship Python module web.py (github.com/webpy/webpy, public domain) internally, so that no need to upgrade it after upgraded server OS.

• New: tools/promote_user_to_global_admin.py, used to promote an existing mail user to be a global admin.

• New config parameter: SET_PASSWORD_CHANGE_DATE_FOR_NEW_USER. Set password last change date for newly created user. Defaults to True. If you want to force end user to change password when first login or send first email (with iRedAPD plugin `*_force_change_password`), please set it to False.

Fixed issues

• Can not delete user if email address ends with a whitespace.

• Domain admin can still login when domain is disabled. Thanks Linh Phan for the feedback.

• tools/upgrade_iredadmin.sh: incorrect uwsgi path on CentOS 8.

• tools/reset_user_password.py: Not set password last change date when reset user password.
