Topic: I do not receive external emails

Hello, good afternoon. I've been trying to finish configuring iredmail on our server for 2 days now.

perform the complete installation, configure domain firewall, public ip.

I can send emails to gmail and they arrive instantly, the problem is that I don't receive emails from gmail and from any other external platform.

In my firewall I have all the necessary ports to receive email but without envoy I do not receive anything and I do not have a response from gmail in case the sending fails can someone help me.

I installed the latest version of iredmail1.6.2, migrated from iredmail1.6.0, restored the data and mysql databases, all excellent, the only detail is that I don't receive external emails.

Do you have correct DNS records for your email domain name and server hostname?
