Topic: End Uders not able to login

spider-v1.1.0-linux-amd64
IRedMail 1.6.2

When end users try to login to web portal they get the following error
ERROR INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR

on the server get the following error on the mail server
invalid greeting received from server: not a status response2023-05-03 16:28:35 ERROR [IMAP] Failed in connecting to IMAP server: invalid greeting received from server: not a status response

wrong Port was used in the web config panel

How did you get the end user to log in?
I changed the settings to IMAP under End User Authentication section, imap server address, port and secure connection settings are entered correctly.
But when the end user tries to log in using IMAP username (email) as username and IMAP password as password... it doesn't let him in, it just shows "Login required" error message.

Hi zaja,

Any related error in /opt/spiderd/log/*.log? Also /var/log/dovecot/imap.log on iRedMail server?

Ok, the latest v2.3.0 fixed this, now end user login works fine. Thanks.
