Requesting to remote our iredmail system to upgrade the Operating System(Ubuntu 18) to (Ubuntu 20). We tried to upgrade and followed all instructions but we encountered errors. So, we decided to seek help from you. We tried to email you at support@iredmail.org, but we did not receive response yet from you. Please help us, this is urgent.

We are requesting for remote upgrade on our Iredmail System installed on Ubuntu 18 and upgrade it to Ubuntu 20. We did some tests and we got some errors. That's why we email you to do the upgrade activity. May we ask, how much the cost of support and how long it's gonna take in order to plan out the maintenance period.

For your information we are using third party for our email inbound and outbound and upon checking your IP was not on blocklisted. Kindly retry again thank you. Please assist us as soon as possible we badly needed your help. We are requesting you to remote our server and conduct the upgrade the OS from ubuntu 18 to ubuntu 20.
