I have tried to install Iredmail 1.6.2 and recently with the 1.6.3 release on OS Rokylinux 9.2 and it always turns out that Rouncubemail does not work, because when trying to access webmail (http://IP_server/mail) it does not open:

Oops... something went wrong!

An internal error has occurred. Your request cannot be processed at this time.

For administrators: Please check the application and/or server error logs for more information.

However, when I access iredadmin, the web loads perfectly....... not for rouncubemail.....

there is a specific problem with rokylinux 9, any solution to the problem

Please extract related error from /var/log/dovecot/*.log and paste here for troubleshooting.
I can not reproduce this issue locally.

I was having similar issues on one setup and fixed them by reverting some config changes:

$config['default_host'] = '127.0.0.1';
$config['default_port'] = 143;
//$config['imap_host'] = 'tls://127.0.0.1:143';

$config['smtp_server'] = 'tls://127.0.0.1';
$config['smtp_port'] = 587;
//$config['smtp_host'] = 'tls://127.0.0.1:587';
