mail server is reachable, PTR also set, SPF record created correctly.

Note: When we do the send and receive email using browser its working. Only issue is when we configured SMTP in application its getting error and emails sending failed.

Please advise.

Because you need to use STARTTLS, as mentioned before

in Outlook / Thunderbird use for:
IMAP incoming server: SSL port 993
IMAP outgoing server: STARTTLS port 587

You may try

with your domain.

It seems like you are doing some ip/port forwarding configuration and be sure to check your port 587 / port 465 are properly forwarded.

We are getting below error message while using email_tester tool.

System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The function requested is not supported.


Please advise.

Thats a problem with the tool, not related with iredmail at all

show us settings in your mail application (outlook or thunderbird) what settings are you using to set up and email account. Screenshots please.

type=AAAA

Is it your intention to use IPv6? You probably meant to switch to using IPv4 (only or at least 1st). You have an A record for that domain (IPv4) but no AAAA record (IPv6).
