Hello,
I upgrade my OS Ubuntu 18.4 to 20.4. All ok with that. However I had problems with php7.4
In run php8.2 and php7.4 concurrently without issues before following this guide:
-> https://docs.iredmail.org/upgrade.ubunt … upgrade-os in particular "Update php-fpm related configurations"
Following the modifications in above, php7.4 would not run through Apache, got error 503.
After a bit of time and tracking down I found the replacement file www.conf was the issue.
I reverted to the www.conf prior to following the noted iRedMail tutorial and all was fine again.
I don't use NGINX for admin and I suspect the php changes were for NGINX.
iRedMail/iRedAdmin appear to be working correctly.
I posted this issue because other may have experienced the same problem. There may be a better solution so the iRedMail www.conf is kept.
Comments appreciated.
Thank you, Greg
