Topic: can't login to iredmail/netdata

there are two questions
1. can't access to iredmail netdata which show the errors as the attachment below.
2.  iredmaill domain user mention that @cbic.hk domain couldn't send email to their mailbox. please suggest what is the possible reason.

Netdata login uses separated accounts and password as defined in /etc/nginx/netdata.users.

Any related error in Postfix log file (/var/log/maillog)?

We couldn't reach the netdata page as the attagment show before(on the first post).

We found out the possible problem, should be from cbic. Thanks for the reply.
