How do i remove my hostname from received emails when i send with Alias, please check attached image to understand

I don't understand correctly from your pic that you mean but I think, it isn't good idea to change hostname because emails can be marked like spam. You can change name of email address by header_checks or hostname, something like this

/From:.*postmaster@domain.com.*/ REPLACE From: "Admin" <info@domain.com>
