I installed iRedmail server behind the reverse proxy. Outgoing mail is ok but receiving mail from other domain is not ok. Outgoing mail is hit mail.log file in iRedmail server but incoming mail is not hit mail.log file. How can I troubleshoot for this?

Check the setting in reverse proxy first, make sure incoming emails are actually proxied to iRedMail server.
