Can we skip spamhaus blocking filter from email domain ?

because spamhaus.org blocking our domain and every time we need to raised ticket to whitelist it.

You can remove spamhaus DNSBL on your own server in /etc/postfix/main.cf to not block other servers (which are blocked by spamhaus), but if your IP is on spamhaus block list, you will be blocked by other servers who use spamhaus.
