Topic: is Return Path Certification important?

Would like to seek your opinion on the Return Path Certification which is promoted on the Microsoft Postmaster website.

The link sends to only one company : Validity.com

Is this something really useful? Recommended?

It seems that there is only one provider doing this? How come? Seems like a monopoly and form of racketeering to me... (prove me wrong)

Would really appreciate your opinion and whether this is somethings that is needed or nice to have.

Especially if you are using it, do you get any value out of it?

Besides Microsoft does it bring value with other ESPs as well?

Bumping this... they claim they are the only player in this field and having been doing this for 30 years...

Any opinions?

No direct experience with this company yet, but if Microsoft promotes it, it might help to get your email delivered into the mailboxes hosted on Microsoft / Outlook / Office365 servers.
