I am getting error domain not found even I have enabled this setting. in no_a_record.pcre

"Domain not found" means the domain name is not resolvable by DNS query.

I know that but how can we allow the email to receive the email because the mail is important which originating from dltsupport@ucc-bsnl.co.in

You can whitelist the sender domain name in file /etc/postfix/sender_access.pcre.
For example:

/\^ucc-bsnl\.co\.in$/ OK
