Hello! The basic information required for the iredmail server is reporting errors and maintenance for a long time so you must check all errors such as
- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 1.6.8
- Deployment using iRedMail Easy or downloadable installer? installer
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: FreeBSD 13.3
- In which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL) to store email accounts: MySQL
Must check the status to avoid high risks during the implementation on the server and you should read the specific instructions to avoid errors
