Hi there.

I have successfully installed the entire iRedMail package in our company, everything works almost perfect.! Just a detail that I am going to tell and thus be able to find a solution.

The server was installed in a proxmox container, locally you can send and receive emails from the roundcube, also from outside the company (example: my home), we have no problem establishing users and/or their passwords from ldap or iredadmin , roundcube works fine locally or from any pc.

The problem lies in outlook and thunderbird or any other mail client. I have already read all the documentation and the messages here in the forum for a solution.

The connections from mail clients when we make them locally work correctly, if these connections are made from mail clients outside the company they do not work, and I have already tried all the configurations. The host does not recognize the user does not accept the connection when sending an email.

I hope you have explained me and let me know if I should give any more information to obtain a solution.

Greetings

Hi, I try to help.

I think, your firewall is not forward incoming connection from TCP 587 (submition) to your server, but it still forward TCP 80/443(http/https). Please check.
