Topic: Connection Error (Failed to reach the server) after Roundcube update
After upgrading Roudcube using the upgrade script could not send email through Roundcube. Receiving email, accessing the Roundcube interface worked fine, as did sending emails via IMAP.

In short, be sure to remove /opt/www/roundcubemail/composer.json before upgrading Roudcube using the upgrade script.
