Topic: Question on moving server to new IP

We are looking to move a server to a new IP address & data center. Currently the iredmail server is a Centos VM and we're going to clone it and spin it up at a new data center.

Once we have it running in the new data center, we'll resync the data from the original server and point the IP addresses.

My question is, do we need to do anything with licensing to achieve this? Will it be ok to run both servers for a short time to sync up data before repointing the DNS to the new IP?

Thanks for any advice on how we should do this!

It's ok if we're talking about iRedAdmin-Pro license part. smile
