Goodmorning,

I had to withdraw an admin for one domain, where the employee resigned:
- the employee remained listed as admin
- could login in iRedAdmin
- didn't have any admin authorizations
- wasn't listed between the regular users

I guess some of these are unintended.

How did you "withdraw an admin"?

I went to 'Admins', edited the account profile of one of the admins and then unchecked 'Domain Admin'

Is it a standalone admin account which s not a mail user account with admin privileges?

It is a mailuser with admin priviledge.

Is it remaining checked or unchecked?

Which version of iRedAdmin-Pro are you running?
