Topic: iRedMail SOGo ActiveSync only enabled after Webmail Login

Hello everyone

I have the newest iRedMail Installation on my Debian 12 Server installed.

I am using SOGo for ActiveSync with an LDAP Connection to a Microsoft Active Directory Server for the Authentication.

I've now discovered, that E-Mails for a user only arrive in Outlook, if you previously signed in to the SOGo Webmail atleast once with the new user. The E-Mails arrive and are stored in the Mailbox but none are displayed in Outlook or via ActiveSync generally.

I'm pretty sure this is a SOGo Problem and not a iRedMail Problem but maybe someone can still help.

Didn't receive similar report before (most iRedMail users are running SQL/OpenLDAP instead of AD).
Try to turn on debug mode in SOGo for troubleshooting.

SOGo problem I think you should reset your gamil then convert chome I think when you have deleted the old data then you will do it again and it will return to the way it was for you, otherwise you should bring it to the store to fix this error

Hello Zhang. Thanks for the reply.

I was on vacation so I didn't check for updates on this topic...

For now I don't have new users to investigate this issue further. I will try this in the future and maybe find a solution.
