Hello,
I have uploaded a full user mailbox using imap importer.
It seems there are no errors, but when searching for a specific email, I do not find it.
I tried to change Indexing settings from "French" to "Standard", but no more success.
I see that there is a difference in admin dashboard: I have 50k messages, but only 48k indexed ? (see image joined)
How can I force indexing to retry searching the "missing" email ?

- Check /opt/spider/log/*.log, did it report some messages are "duplicate"? Or failed to parse?
- What kind of "searching for a specific email"?

As you can see in search results, it is not displayed.

Hello,

I tried to re-import again whole account, but the search gave no email.
On verbose imap import, I have
- Folder contains 28 messages.
- [1-28/28] No unarchived messages.

The count is correct in roundcube (28 mails).
Correct count

If I am searching for this email:
header of email

using only date fields, nothing is shown:
blank results

If I try using recipient email, I find 2 mails.
If i try using sender email, no mail found.
I see the same folder in roundcube, emails are present.
No error seems to be shown in logs, as far as I can see.

How can I help ?
