Can anyone tell me what the copied part of a dmarc report from microsoft mean. All other vales is pass exept this one. It is for a single mail and I suspect that they have rejected it

It's just the settings of from your DMARC record you have in DNS.

It basically says reject all emails that don't pass dmarc validation and you're using the relaxed alignment method.

The copied part of your DMARC report likely indicates a failure in SPF or DKIM alignment, which caused Microsoft to reject the email. Although most other values passed, the misalignment with the domain's DMARC policy likely led to the email being flagged or rejected.
