Hi,

A user has deleted an account by mistake and had the "delete after 1 days" option selected.
I do have manual backups of the directories so can manually restore the data, however what is the best way to stop the deletion and recover the account after using the function above?

Thank you

Thank you

Remove its record from sql table "vmail.deleted_mailboxes" (for SQL backends) or "iredadmin.deleted_mailboxes" (for LDAP backends).

Remove its record from sql table "vmail.deleted_mailboxes" (for SQL backends) or "iredadmin.deleted_mailboxes" (for LDAP backends).

This might stop the removal of the account from the hard drive, but it doesn't restore the account to iRedAdmin.

How do I do that?
