Admin panel is not saving whitelisted or blacklisted senders. I can input the addresses but when I click "Add" the page reloads stating the "Records were successfully added." however both fields remain blank.

Found the problem, it's a user error. For anyone else who stumbles into this, wildcard additions to the lists are not in the format *@domain.ext. The blue box on the side and my brain had to deconflict how wildcard addresses were entered into the lists and once I fixed that they started saving /displaying correctly (and showing up correctly via the wblist_admin.py tool as well).
