Topic: O365 ActiveSync authentication

I have Spider Email Archiver set up in a test environment for evaluation. A key feature for my organization is the ability for users to access their own email archive, so some kind of end user login is required. I was hoping ActiveSync authentication might work with our Office 365 setup, but so far I've had no luck getting it to work.

Is there any way to get this to work with O365/Exchange Online, given that MS now requires "modern authentication" for all clients?
