====

User1@domain.com shares his calendar with User2@domain.com. User2 gets a notification about the share, but the calendar doesn't appear automatically. He has to add it himself. This is where the problem occurs.
User2 clicks "add subscribed calendar" and and we can enter the address. After entering the first character, it shows that there must be at least two characters. After entering the second, one or several random accounts appear that contain these characters. After entering the 3rd character, an error appears that the user was not found. I remove the 3rd character and several accounts appear, different than before. Accounts from other domains are also displayed, which is unacceptable due to the provisions on personal data protection in the EU.

Which version of EE are you running?
If it's not EE v1.2.1, please upgrade then re-create the sharing:

We have version 1.2.1.
The problem is not with a specific share. The same thing happens when I want to share a folder with someone. When selecting a user, accounts from different domains are shown, randomly.

- Are you sharing calendar with SOGo Groupware?
- Do the randomly accounts match what you typed?

Yes, it's about the shared calendar from sogo.

The searched addresses match what I entered. We have an account biuro@domain1.pl that provides a calendar. The problem occurs when I want to subscribe to the calendar on a user account from this domain. I enter "bi" because only two characters return the result and I get biuro@domain2.pl and several user accounts with "bi" in the last name. Accounts from other domains are displayed. Once in several attempts I get biuro@domain1.pl

1) Do you have option "Allow cross-domain global address book" toggled on or off in EE?
Under "Server Settings" -> "SOGo Groupware".

2) Did you modify /etc/sogo/sogo.conf manually?

Re: Sogo doesn't find addresses when adding a share

We previously edited the sogo.conf file to set what can now be set in the gui. Below are the current settings. For testing purposes, I added a user to SOGoSuperUsernames, we didn't change anything else
