Topic: Rate Limit all Domains

Good afternoon,

I was wondering what is the best way to implement rate limits i.e limit all domains to sending mail to 5 every minute for example.

I have read about postfwd or Cluebringer with SQL Commands. I am running the latest version of Iredmail on 22.04.
