Hello, I have a domain on iRedMail used for sending emails, while Microsoft handles receiving. The issue is that emails sent from iRedMail show an "Unknown User" error because some accounts exist only in Microsoft, not iRedMail. Currently, I’m setting up a relay for each account in the vmail database to forward messages to Microsoft, but this isn’t practical due to the large number of accounts and the need to create accounts in iRedMail every time a new Microsoft account is added. I also tried domain-wide relay, but it still requires the account to exist in iRedMail. Any advice on how to solve this?

We don't recommend hosting same domain on different vendors.
