Can mlmmjadmin be disabled and removed from master.cf and main.cf?

you can, but it is integrated in the interface, so if you remove/disable it, you will run into problems (aswell on updating)

Are you referring to the web interface? I don't use iRedAdmin smile.

mlmmjadmin is not integrated in main.cf or master.cf. What’s your purpose?

I mean mlmmj in the configuration files master.cf and main.cf, described in post #2 at https://forum.iredmail.org/post67298.html#p67298.
