Topic: cant send or receive mails on my iredmail server

hello i feel really bad because i do everything i know to fix this problem but i cant send or receive mails in my iredmail server.

i already check mx records on my domain's provider (godaddy), the site its online, if i want to access to my server from any computer i can access, but when i try to send or receive mails i cant, the problem start the last thursday, before that date everything works fine, i already upgrade my email server to latest iredmail version and update my pc to ubuntu 24.04.

i put the ssl cert in the right place and looks like everything its ok, but I CANT SEND OR RECEIVE EMAILS. one more thing i know, looks like mi ip it is in blacklist on some website, and the port 25 its blocking on  my ISP.

anyone know how i can fix this??

This very much looks like a brute force attack, i don't know any client that uses SASL LOGIN normally, since mostly it is beeing done via SASL PLAIN

Aswell, the timing looks it was sheduled

Afaik, GoDaddy blocks Port 25 on their VPS, so you need to request to unblock it to be able sending mails

DNS Resolver works fine, but every outbound connection attept to port 25 fails:

After further digging in, i noticed:

Your SSL cert has common names
-> ccjocoro.com www.ccjocoro.com

BUT

Connecting to 201.247.175.51
220-mail.ccjocoro.com ESMTP Postfix

Your mailserver responds with mail.ccjocoro.com which is not covered in your cert, aswell the cert chain is incomplete

aswell, your PTR is invalid, 201.247.175.51 resolves to ccjocoro.com, but it should match the mailserver signature, which is mail.ccjocoro.com in your case

Seems all outbound email traffic didn't work, maybe your ISP blocks port 25, please contact them to get some support.
