How to set a per-domain email sending limit per minute for each account in the domain

I want to set the maximum number of emails sent per email account in the domain's general settings, e.g., 20/minute.

You can set per-domain throttle with iRedAdmin-Pro:

- Login to iRedAdmin-Pro as global admin
- Go to domain profile page
- Click "Throttle" tab and set the throttle settings.

iRedMail Enterprise Edition supports this too.
