It's safe to ignore this "NOTICE" message.

Is this a low traffic server? it's normal that established sql connection timed out, and amavisd re-establish a new connection after logged this warning message.

Yes. Because after merging the QQ enterprise email previously used into enterprise WeChat, it is very troublesome to bind the phone number and enterprise WeChat; I set up my own email server using a small rack in the broadband intranet, and all I need to do is send and receive emails from QQ, WeChat, 163, and Alibaba series.
