Topic: DKIM Annoyance in Web GUI

==== REQUIRED BASIC INFO OF YOUR IREDMAIL SERVER ====
- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 2026071501   EE v1.8.1
- Deployed with iRedMail Easy or the downloadable installer?
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 22.04.05
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MariaDB 1.7.2
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): NGINX
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? EE
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue.
====
I think this behavior occurred when we upgraded to v 1.8.0

The DKIM for the display indicates is does not match, however, when sending emails and verifying the headers, we do see DKIM pass when checking Thunderbird or AquaMail so the DKIM keys do appear to be working, just want to understand what happened in the GUI?

Everything else appears to be functional, we are currently in process of reviewing just to be sure.

Please advise

Re: DKIM Annoyance in Web GUI

We cannot reproduce this issue locally, maybe a local DNS issue?

Is it possible to give us server access for troubleshooting? Contact us: https://www.iredmail.org/contact.html

Re: DKIM Annoyance in Web GUI

Huangbin, thank you for quick reply, it does appear that most of the DNS entries do resolve, so its not as bad as I originally thought.

I did run the dig +short -t txt dkim._domainkey.sub.domain.tld and received the results I expected even for items marked with a red X. But would seem that DKIM is green for about 90% of the domains we have. So might just wait a few more hours before coming back and saying something is off.

our domains with custom DKIM selectors are working great and do match.

Stay tuned for updates and again great work on iRedMail EE, its a solid solution!

If the issues still persist for another 24 hours, then I will contact you on the gmail that I have for you and arrange server access.
