Topic: iRedAdmin-Pro v1.4.1 (LDAP) not show Dashboard

For several days I notice that when logged dashboard does not display statistics with the received, sent, viruses and blocked. I attach two screenshots to illustrate. As I click the quarantine does not always show the list of blocked emails and bottom right shows that there are more pages?

Did you change config file "settings.ini" of iRedAdmin-Pro?
Since you don't have statistics on Dashboard page, you probably turn off one setting in iRedAdmin-Pro:

[amavisd]
logging_into_sql = True
...

Option was turned off - I turned on. An statistics for the last 24 hours, but quarantine shows that there emails but does not show the list as I showed in the second screenshot - is the first second and third page but not list blocked emails.

Can you paste me the web page source of quarantined list page?

Does page 2 and 3 work for you?
Any records in MySQL database "amavisd.quarantine"?

No nothing happens by clicking the button on page 2 and three. Have records in the database table amavisd quarantine - 120 records. Some time after exit and re-enters the top ten shows the record after flagging them and shot ten record does not show a screen that I sent. Strange huh?

Are MySQL server and iRedAdmin-Pro running on same server?

Do you want to try iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP-1.5.0? it will be available on May 01, let's see whether it fixed your issue or not.

also having this issue - but i'm just quarantining virus_mails to sql

Getting "No quarantined mails." while having already 3 Eicar-mails in amavisd.quarantine wink

as of spam we need to accept it but define a user sieve-rule to move to spam-directory

virus-detections need to get quarantined

so the issue occurs only on "virus-quarantine"
