how can I transfer all user and mails from Mdaemon(windows server2003) to iredmail(Centos OS)?

The key point is how MDaemon store mail accounts/password and mails.
iRedMail stores passwords in MD5 (MySQL) or SSHA (OpenLDAP), stores mails in Maildir format.
