Dear friends
I have installed iRedMail on my new mail server and I can't recieve mails.
Sending mails works good.
Maybe it's a problem with dovecot?
Important: my POP3 port is 995. SMTP-25

/var/log/dovecot.log (all addresses have been changed):

Oct 13 11:02:54 pop3-login: Info: Login: user=<admin@domain.com>, method=PLAIN, rip=192.168.0.127, lip=192.168.0.125, mpid=4695, TLS, session=<aAeK3/c$
Oct 13 11:02:54 pop3(admin@domain.com): Info: Disconnected: Logged out top=0/0, retr=0/0, del=0/0, size=0
Oct 13 11:02:54 pop3-login: Info: Login: user=<admin@domain.com>, method=PLAIN, rip=192.168.0.127, lip=192.168.0.125, mpid=4697, TLS, session=<V+GP3/c$
Oct 13 11:02:55 pop3(admin@domain.com): Info: Disconnected: Logged out top=0/0, retr=0/0, del=0/0, size=0

MX record is correct.
What should I do to fix it?

Re: Can't recieve mails

What's the bounce message if you send email from Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo to your mail user?

Re: Can't recieve mails

From Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo sending is successful. I don't have bounce message.
The catch is, that at this moment I have 2 mail servers (old and new) and old server recievs/sends all mail. Old mail server ip: 192.168.0.5. At the same time old mail server is a proxy. New mail server is 192.168.0.125.

Outlook settings for mail from old server:
POP3:110; SMTP: 25 Incoming and outgoing mail server 192.168.0.5

Outlook settings for mail from new server:
POP3:995; SMTP: 25 Incoming and outgoing mail server 192.168.0.125, ssl encrypted connection enabled. 995 port is opened

In theory I should get mail to both servers. But this does not happen.
I am absolutely sure that there is no conflict between old and new servers.

Re: Can't recieve mails

if old server recievs/sends all mails, and new server doesn't receive email, there must be something wrong in your old email as a proxy. It doesn't look like a iRedMail issue...

Re: Can't recieve mails

I changed the proxy but it does not solve the problem. From these experiments it was concluded that something wrong with my iRedMail.

Maybe I don't see mistakes and think that everything is in order
Is everything ok with my MX record? (addresses have been changed)::

root@mail:/home/linuxmail# nslookup -type=a domain.com
Server: 127.0.1.1
Address: 127.0.1.1#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: domain.com
Address: 213.189.197.92

root@mail:/home/linuxmail# nslookup -type=mx domain.com
Server: 127.0.1.1
Address: 127.0.1.1#53

Non-authoritative answer:
domain.com mail exchanger = 100 mx22.aha.com.
domain.com mail exchanger = 200 test.domain.com

Authoritative answers can be found from:
domain.com nameserver = dns2.zenon.net.
domain.com nameserver = dns1.zenon.net.
test.domain.com internet address = 52.56.114.41

Re: Can't recieve mails

Sorry, cannot help if you have proxy or other components not shipped by iRedMail.
I suggest you try to make it simpler first. for example, don't use any proxy. Once you confirm the pure iRedMail setup works fine, you can add proxy back, if it doesn't work, you can know there's something wrong with your proxy.

Re: Can't recieve mails

The problem is solved!

I am a begginer in IT matters and I was getting all mixed up. As a consequence, I have incorrectly described the problem.

I couldn' t get e-mails because it was necessary to install Fetchmail! My new mailserver refers to remote server and retrieve mails from him! And I thought that the function of the collector from an external server performs Dovecot smile I thought that Dovecot is an alternative to Fetchmail. But in fact it turned out they have different functions:)

P.S. Thanks ZhangHuangbin for your support! iRedMail rulez!!!
