I can't find any information on how to file (report) complaints for spam like hotmail, gmail and other big ones have. Customers do get spam and would like to be able to fight spammers by getting senders' addresses blocked but I have no clue how to provide the functionality, as I can't find anything in Roundcube nor can I find info on the support forum about this.

Is this supported or any plans to do so?

If you want to allow user to manage their own white/blacklists, you can enable self-service in iRedAdmin-Pro (in domain profile page, under tab "Advanced"), then let user login to iRedAdmin-Pro.

Re: Are complaints supported yet?

Thanks, but I'm not after blacklisting but rather notifying the sender's provider that one of their customers is spamming.  If you click the spam button in hotmail or gmail it also sends a complaint to the provider of the sender.  When using services like Amazon SES you get banned if too many people file complaints... Microsoft, Google, Yahoo and the other big players also act on those complaints.

Re: Are complaints supported yet?

Oh, you want a button in webmail to let user report spam emails. right?
Maybe you can try this Roundcube plugin:
https://github.com/JohnDoh/Roundcube-Pl … 2/releases

And check our tutorial here:

Re: Are complaints supported yet?

This just adds a button to RoundCube, but it still doesn't file a complaint with the sender's SMTP provider, which is what I'm after.

This page explains what it is:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feedback_loop_(email)

Re: Are complaints supported yet?

Unfortunately, iRedMail doesn't support this "Feedback loop email".

Did you check our tutorial below? it allows user to report spam to mail service provider:
http://www.iredmail.org/docs/store.spam … n.sql.html

Re: Are complaints supported yet?

That link does not mention anything about reporting to the service provider, just training your own SpamAssassin... but thanks anyway!
