- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? no

After upgrade, mysql 5.6 to 5.7

    service postfix start

Shared object "libmysqlclient.so.18" not found, required by "postfix"


    /usr/ports/mail/postfix # make reinstall

postfix-2.11.7,1 cannot install: MySQL versions mismatch: mysql57-client is installed and wanted version is mysql56-client. *** Error code 1

Stop. make: stopped in /usr/ports/mail/postfix

How to get postfix working with mysql 5.7?

I'm afraid that you may need to deinstall postfix then re-install it, it should compile postfix with mysql 5.7 during reinstall.
