- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Centos 7.2
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): mysql
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? huh?
- Related log if you're reporting an issue:

Figured it out :
In /etc/yum.conf, add or change:
deltarpm=0
