please this msg apear to me when i try to send my msg( bellsouth), and its not delivred.

Error: "553 5.3.0 nlpi179 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 173.192.107.66 >_is_blocked.__For_information_see_http://att.net/blocks" while connected from demonstrationlesson.com (173.192.107.66) to nb-mx-vip2.prodigy.net (207.115.36.21)

what can i do ?

try this service to gather information, if your ip is blacklisted
