I am currently tunning my iredmail server to have a good score on mail-tester.com.
To do this I need to change the hostname because of this warning:

We didn't find a mail server (A Record) behind your hostname mx1.laso.local.
We check if there is a mail server (A Record) behind your hostname mx1.laso.local.
You may want to publish a DNS record (A type) for the hostname mx1.laso.local or use a different hostname in your mail software.

What I need to change?

Change the hostname in "myhostname" parameter in /etc/postfix/main.cf.

It's recommended to use a valid FQDN as server hostname and in Postfix.

Then it is also recommendable to change?

It's barking because those addresses are local to your environment and not published in external DNS. Try using this Mail Tester it's more accurate and detailed.
