Hello,

I am unable to enable throttling on domains or on users. When I attempt to, it displays a "Profile updated success." message but when I return to the throttle page no settings have changed.

Please advise.

Thanks

Re: Unable to enable throttling

Did you set both "period" and (any of) restrictions?

Re: Unable to enable throttling

I left "period" to 0 seconds. because I am assuming that means forever...

Please advise.

Re: Unable to enable throttling

You can choose either 1 hour, 1 day, or set custom period.
