Topic: Root not receiving email

I keep getting these errors in my maillog.info:

420:Sep  2 08:38:09 mail postfix/qmgr[12615]: 24D4C290A2: from=<root@mail.xyz.com>, size=2788, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
422:Sep  2 08:38:09 mail postfix/local[20212]: 24D4C290A2: to=<root@mail.xyz.com>, relay=local, delay=67784, delays=67784/0.08/0/0.01, dsn=4.3.0, status=deferred (temporary failure)

And any email sent to this is in the postqueue; I had to postcat, read, and then delete over 30 of them today. Most of it are mailman errors or cron output notices, but what is the problem?

Re: Root not receiving email

You can alias root user to another existing user in /etc/postfix/aliases, so that these mails can be delivered.
