[root@alb-mail1 tools]# bash upgrade_iredadmin.sh
<<< ERROR >>> File /root/.my.cnf not found.
<<< ERROR >>> Please add mysql root user and password in it like below, then run this script again.

Solved :
Created a file /root/.my.cnf with the below credentials
[client]
user=root
password="xxx"

Run the following :
# cd /root/
# tar xjf iRedAdmin-x.y.z.tar.bz2
# cd iRedAdmin-x.y.z/tools/
# bash upgrade_iredadmin.sh
