Hi, I'd like to get a quote for the following services, if available. I know that you offer paid tickets for issues, but I am not sure if this scenario fits into that model.

I need to set up an email server on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (the server is located in China). After setup, I need:
1 be able to receive/send emails in a webmail UI to several mainstream email services in China, without being labelled as SPAM;
2 expose an IMAP server on the internet, which allows me to use PHP's built-in IMAP functions to retrieve the emails;
3 expose an SMTP server on the internet, which allows me to use PHP (specifically PHPMailer) to connect to it to send emails to main stream email services;

In short, I'd like a machine that's correctly set up, turnkey for development, suitable for production.

Currently I've set up iRedmail on my machine, but am running into various issues. I'd like to have your expert help, if possible.
