Topic: Mailing list moderation

I want my Mailing List to have the following setting...

"Only members and moderators can send mail to this address, all messages go after moderation"

I may have one or more moderators for the list. How can i set this?

iRedAPD can achieve restriction feature as screenshot showed, but you have to develop new plugin for message moderattion.
