Topic: Allow unathenticated local email from local devices

==== Required information ====
- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 0.9.6
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 16.04
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): mySQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? No
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue.
====
Is it possible to allow devices from a specific IP address (or address range) to send email to local users without having to authenticate. I have a few devices which send out reports but which do not have any way to connect to a STARTTLS account or even specify a non standard port, so it has to be port 25.
