Topic: 502 Bad Gateway

Ubuntu Server 17.10
iRedMail-0.9.7
Apache Web server
Mail stored in MySQL

Getting '502 Bad Gateway' when trying to access https:/server_ip/mail. Can access the admin panel fine, just not the mail. Tried on to different pc's with different DNS servers and get error everytime. Also tried different browsers etc and no luck.

Any ideas much appreciated.

Is php-fpm service running?

P.S. We didn't test iRedMail on Ubuntu 17.10 yet.

Same thing here. I would love to test iRedMail, but I cannot access the mailboxes with the web client. Please keep me in the loop if you manage to resolve the issue! thanks.

php.1-fpm is running, that the same thing?

PHP-FPM looks OK to me.

Is it possible for you to try Ubuntu 16.04 LTS instead of 17.10? We didn't test 17.10 yet.

Thank you Huangbin. I downgraded to Ubuntu 16.04 (in a virtual machine) and it works.
