I'm having problems with my e-mails not being received by the recipient. It looks like they are getting sent off properly however. Looking at the log in /var/log/iredapd.log it says "DUNNO" which how I understand it is how it should look.

I tried sending off e-mails with both Thunderbird and the webmail interface. Both fail.

Any ideas?

Re: E-mail get sent but not received

Any error in Postfix log file? It should be /var/log/maillog (or mail.log).

Re: E-mail get sent but not received

Network is always "timed out". You need to check firewall to make sure port 25 for OUTGOING traffic is not blocked. Also check with your ISP to make sure they don't block port 25.

7

Re: E-mail get sent but not received

That seems to be the case. These ports are blocked by my ISP:
TCP 25
UDP 25
TCP 135-139
UDP 135
TCP 445
UDP 445
TCP 593
UDP 593
TCP 12345
UDP 31337

How can I redirect my traffic to use port 587 instead?

Re: E-mail get sent but not received

TCP port 25 is REQUIRED for mail service, it's used for communication between mail SERVERS.

Check required network ports:
