Hi,

is there a way to see a greylisting log?
I found this old thread: https://forum.iredmail.org/topic5335-ir … -logs.html
but /var/log/cbpolicyd.log does not exist.

Is there a new way or do I have to enable it?

Re: greylist log?

Greylisting is a plugin of iRedAPD (/opt/iredapd), it logs to /var/log/iredapd/iredapd.log.

If you need more detailed log, please turn on debug mode in iRedAPD:

Thank you!

How would a log entry look like of the greylisting got triggered?

In Postfix log file, you will see log "Intentional policy rejection, please try again later". FYI:

Re: greylist log?

Ok, I'm just trying to figure out if greylisting is useful for me or not, in the iRedAdmin webinterface I can see tracking data in greylisting. There are lots of domains which have only one delivery attempt, but thats only the statistic for today, right?

Is there some entry in the database, to see how many spam mails got blocked with greylisting in all time?

Re: greylist log?

You can check SQL table "iredapd.greylisting_tracking".
